7/22/07: 10.5 Mile Run: Brownell-Shades Creek Loop

No Judy. So, I put the iPod on shuffle for music, turned on the bluetooth, and put on the headset. All technology worked well until the battery on the headset died about .25 miles before the finish. Not too bad really. But, it is sure irritating when things don't work on a run. Technology should just work, right? The left knee started to feel a bit funny towards the end of the run again (like last Sunday). In fact, I had to mow my yard immediately after the run since I am traveling next week. The knee was particularly troublesome when going down hill with the mower. I am a bit worried about this.
