7/15/07: 10.5 Mile Run: Demopolis, AL

I ran with the iPod and bluetooth headset (Motorola S9). I had the same problem I have experienced before with the iPod and bluetooth attachment in the front. But, this time there was not heart rate monitor. But, I did have on the Timex/Garwin Time and Distance transceiver. So, I thought maybe that was causing interference. But, turning it off made no difference. Put the iPod in the back and all was well. Interesting.

I should have checked the schedule before I ran, because I was only due to run 8.5 miles. I left knee started acting a bit funny around 7 miles into the run. It was cutting up and laughing (just kidding). Seriously, it started to feel strange. I wasn't experiencing pain, but something is not quite right. I finished the run and I am experiencing a little sensitivity on the left knee still. It isn't painful, but it feels like it is just seconds away from pain. I am hoping that the next 2 days of rest will resolve it.

We are in Demopolis, AL. I built a computer for my mother-in-law who has been limping by with an ancient and slow boat anchor for some time.
