I took the iPod and bluetooth headset to listen to music in shuffle mode. I have changed the earpieces and the flapping noises are gone. So, I'm pleased with that. I also cover everything in plastic now. This was an afternoon run. So, I was surprised that I didn't really notice the 10 more degrees than my usual morning runs.
