10.5 Mile Run: Brownell - Shades Creek Greenway

Another good Sunday run in the cold. Listened to the latest Phedippidations about the mystique of the marathon. I thoroughly enjoyed the way Steve told the story of the first Marathon run, that of Phedippides. Then, the mp3 player rolled into Shinedown. What a good CD! I especially like the rendition of Simple Man. The singing on this one is just great. The run finished off with Eve 6 which is another favorite for running with.
