I finished listening to Phedippidations. I either ran stronger than I expected to or shorter than I thought. Judging by the the heart rate, I suspect it was the former. Cool. It has been hard to eat appropriately in the midst of the holidays when I am really the only person in the family that tries to eat exactly as "they" recommend. You know: 3 vegetables, 2 fruits, 3 grains, etc. Overall, I think I did well.
