Cholesterol is High Again :(

I just got new cholesterol results (see old results). Here's the results:

Total Cholesterol	171	Less than 200	241 - High
Triglycerides	70	Less than 150	89

Damn! I thought I was doing better and watching my diet. Either that is not true or I will need meds. Back to the ultra strict for now.
