3 Mile Run: Neighborhood

Well, despite a very stressful day and week, I got my run in. I didn't sleep at all Sunday night. YUK. The heart rate monitor does not appear to be working or I screwed up again. I will carefully test on the next run. I swear I hit the start button and 1/2 through the run I noticed the watch seem to think I has indicated stop. I had not. I listened to the latest Daily Source Code during the run. Some Second Life talk which just makes me think, dang I can't get out of First Life long enough to give Second Life any serious attention. I am excited to hear that Steve Runner, Phedippidations, is dropping by the Curry Castle there and anticipate meeting him there sometime.
