I mistakenly failed to hit the start button on the watch after a brief stop for hydration. Thus, the data is incomplete below. But, hey every once in awhile, one should just run to run, eh? I met Judy and Sue at 6:30 am and off we went. Sue ran with us until Montevello goes over 280. She has been running these long distances and is wise enough not to do so until trained up to it. She has run 1/2 marathons, so she can (no slight intended in previous sentence).
It was a good, but humid run. Since I have run so many miles with headphones, I had forgotten how chatty I can become if the person I am running with starts to go quiet. I think I about talked Judy's ear off towards the end of the run. After the run, I had a day of work to look forward to. :(
