I listened to Phedippidations during this morning run. Steve, host of Phedippidations, just broke his marathon PR with a time of 4:12:55. That is a great accomplishment. I hope I see similar results at the Mercedes in February. I had to estimate the time and lost the heart rate as the Polar heart rate monitor I have been using for several years did not respect my push of the stop button.
