I listened to the Daily Source Code during this early morning run. I was saddened and amused to hear Adam tell of his accidental dropping of his iPhone into the soiled bowl of his toilet. I hope it comes back to function, but he doesn't sound hopeful. I am hoping that my pace is a reflection of recent illness and not a developing pattern. I am about 4-5 pounds lighter than last week. So, I think I was sicker than I thought.
