08/19/07: 10.5 Mile Run: Neighborhood

I have to head off to Hartford, CT this morning so to maximize time, I ran from the house. Judy is at the beach so I would have lost an hour to go run alone at Brownell. I took the iPod and put it on shuffle and listened to music. The run felt great. I saw several other runners while out there. I thought about adding .5 miles to make for an even 11 miler, but decided to stay with the plan.
