08/05/07: 10.5 Mile Run: Brownell-Shades Creek Loop

No Judy. So, I put the iPod on shuffle for music, turned on the bluetooth, and put on the headset, ran 100 feet, and had to get the wired headset. There is nothing more frustrating than using high tech gear that just doesn't work at all. When it works this bluetooth and headset are great. No wire, easy control of the volume, start/pause, and skip to next track are wonderful. But, way too often I have to reset and reset hoping that the skiping and garbling stop. I think it boils down to "bluetooth sucks".

It was and felt like a slow run. I got a late start because we were up late thanks to a party at our house. I had 1 glass of red wine and I could feel it when I got up. That sucks too. But, I got the run in.
