Met Judy at 6:30 am as usual. I neglected to restart the watch after a waterstop, so I messed up the heart rate monitoring. I have the time thanks to Judy's watch. It felt like a good run and the cool temperature was nice. The Team-in-Training crew that comes out today was peppered with the new Mercedes Marathon trainees. Thus, there were a huge number of runners out today. I will be running 12 miles next week in preparation for the Phedippidations World Wide Half-Marathon. So far, I am the only registrant from Alabama. Judy will be running, but has not registered yet.
