9/10/06: 10.5 Mile Run: Brownell-Shades Creek Greenway

This was another Sunday run with Judy. This was her first 10.5 since her recovery for a medical procedure. She did great. I caught up on Adam Curry's Daily Source Code podcast (show 458) during the drive to and from Brownell. Check out the comments to hear a very cool song "Clinton Got a Blowjob" by Eric Schwartz.
