I finally measured the "9 Mile" course. Well, surprise, it isn't 9 miles. It is 8.4. Which is fine, but it will be good to have an accurate pace measure. Judy and I took off at near 6:30 am without her dog. Her dog had some trouble at the end of last week's run. So, given the temperatures of summer, Judy has decided to not run the dog on the long Sunday runs.
I have been listening to Steve talk about
The Phedippidations World Wide Half Marathon where else but on
Phedippidations. All you have to do is run 13.1 miles anywhere on October 7th or 8th of this year. Check it out. I shall.
