04/08/07: 8.5 Mile Run: Demopolis, AL

I ran a midday run listening to shuffled selections of music after I finished up the lastest Phedippidations. The weather was perfect and I had picked out a circular route. I spent most of the time contemplating how to best handle several situations at work. Not the least of which is how I need to delegate better so more work gets done and I am not the one doing it.
