My normal Saturday routine does not include running, but I missed my Friday Run. So, I knocked off 3 miles before going to the gym for my usual Saturday Muscle Works group exercise class. Weather was great, but I didn't run very strong. I am still battling sinus trouble which may be affecting me a little.
I listened to the latest
Daily Source Code during the run. The heart rate monitor seemed to work just fine.
